In fact, in the capital Patna, Motihari and Danapur, joint teams of police and administration took to the streets with JCBs, bulldozers and cranes early in the morning. Samrat Chaudhary held a joint press conference with the DGP soon after taking charge of the Home Department and said that the policy of zero tolerance will be implemented on crime, mafia networks and crimes against women in the state. He said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has established good governance in Bihar and the new government will take it forward with more strictness. At the same time, Samrat Chaudhary has also given a strict message against those who post indecent posts on social media. At the same time, Samrat Choudhary said that those who become Romeos outside schools and colleges on the streets are also not doing well.
Rapid bulldozer action in Motihari after 48 years old order
The administration took the biggest action on Monday after the 48 year old order of the court in Motihari. Several bulldozers were deployed to remove pucca houses, shops and kutcha constructions in the 6 bigha area related to the land dispute. Keeping the security in mind, a large number of police forces were deployed in the village and surrounding areas. During this period, 12 sheds, 6 carts and 50 bamboo bats were confiscated and a fine of ₹ 11,000 was collected. After this, encroachment was removed from Khaitan Market, Kadamkuan and Machhuatoli in Bankipur area. During this period, two carts were seized and a challan of ₹ 24,500 was issued. Whereas in Kankarbagh area, encroachment was removed from all sides of Patliputra Sports Complex and a fine of ₹ 6,200 was collected. During the campaign, many shopkeepers and temporary traders sought time from the administration, but the team warned that illegal occupation of government and public land is no longer acceptable in any form.

Bulldozers were also deployed on a large scale in Danapur. Many permanent and temporary shops built in the main market area and on the roadside were removed. It is alleged that some shops were occupied for a long time. Police and riot control forces were deployed for security. Meanwhile, in many cities including Muzaffarpur, Biharsharif and Siwan, police-administration teams conducted a campaign to remove encroachments. In many districts, encroachment was removed from roads, turns, government plots, sports grounds and market complexes.
The message is clear: If captured, bulldozers will be used.
After the simultaneous action taken in different cities, the message of the government and administration is very clear – if government land, road, footpath and public place is encroached upon anywhere, there is no warning, bulldozers will be used directly.
