Bath Tips: Most of us pick up soap first while bathing, because this has been our habit since childhood. Every day, as soon as we go into the water, we rub soap on our body to remove the dirt and think that this is the best method, but have you ever noticed that even after bathing, some people feel dryness, dry skin, burning sensation or stretch on the body? This happens because many soaps available in the market remove the natural oil from the skin. The result is that the effect is not visible as clearly as it should be and the skin starts looking lifeless. Now the question arises that if soap is not the right option for everyone, then what should be used in bathing? On this, a local method is becoming increasingly viral on social media, which Ayurvedic doctor Shobhana has described in her Instagram video. In this recipe, instead of soap, coconut oil and some kitchen items are used. The claim is that in just 10 minutes the body shines and the skin starts appearing clear. If you also want to give glow to your body without chemical products and want to remove the layer of tanning, then this information can be useful for you. So let us know how this recipe is made, how many times it has to be applied and what things need to be kept in mind.
Prescription Ingredients
-eno
-Gram flour
-Lemon
-coconut oil
-Milk
(Note: Decide the quantity as per your convenience, just make sure the paste is not too thin)
How to make this homemade bathing paste?
1. Put one packet of Eno in a bowl.
2. Add one spoon gram flour in it.
3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
4. Add one spoon coconut oil.
5. Finally add two spoons of milk and mix well.
This yellow colored paste will be ready in a few seconds. Instead of soap, rub it gently on the entire body and wash it with water after about 10 minutes. If you are not able to use it daily, then use it at least twice a week.
Be sure to do a patch test
It is important to do a patch test before applying anything on the entire body. Some people may experience irritation or redness, especially due to the chemicals present in Eno. So first apply it on a small part of the hand and observe for 10 minutes. If there is burning sensation, itching or water pain, then do not apply it on the skin at all.
