Which country has not fought any war in the last 200 years?

Sweden was last involved in a foreign military conflict in 1814. This is known as the Swedish-Norwegian war.

After this conflict, Sweden started adopting a policy of “non-war” and neutrality in its foreign policy.

Sweden officially maintained neutrality during World War II, although its neutrality was sometimes questioned. It provided trade and transportation support with both the Axis powers and the Allies. However, it did not declare war directly.

Although Sweden has long been free from war, it still has a standing army.
