Jamui District Employment Exchange is organizing a camp for direct recruitment of Security Guard (100 posts, 10th pass) and Supervisor (30 posts, 12th pass) in all 10 blocks from 25 November to 5 December 2025. Salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹24,000. Registration on NCS Portal is mandatory for interested youth and they can give interview on the spot.

Here, direct recruitment will be done on 130 posts by setting up camps in all the ten blocks of the district. In fact, a big step has been taken by Jamui District Employment Exchange with the aim of providing employment. According to the information issued on the instructions of the Labor Resources Department, job camps are being organized in different blocks of the district by AIIMS Training Centre, Chakai for the recruitment of a total of 130 vacant posts of security guards and supervisors. These camps have been scheduled from 25 November to 5 December 2025.
There will be direct recruitment for these 130 posts
Actually, information regarding this has been issued by the District Planning Office. In which it has been told that these camps will be organized as part of the process of filling 100 posts of security guards and 30 posts of supervisors. Eligibility and age limit has been given for the youth applying. It has been told by the District Employment Office that for the post of Security Guard, the candidate must have passed 10th and the age should be between 19 to 40 years. Whereas for the post of Supervisor, 12th pass and age limit have been kept the same. The monthly salary for both the posts has been fixed at Rs 10000–22000 per month and Rs 17000–24000 per month respectively.
Camp will be organized on these dates
It has been told by the District Planning Office that the camp will start from Sikandra block on 25th November and will be organized in Khaira block on 26th November. Employment camps will be organized in Aliganj on 27th November, Sono on 28th November, Lakshmipur on 29th November and Gidhaur block on 1st December. After this, camps will be organized in Jhajha on 2nd December, Barhat on 3rd December and Chakai block on 4th December. In the final phase, the closing ceremony of the job camp will be held on 5 December 2025 in the District Employment Office premises.
Officials say that organizing block-wise camps will ensure participation of maximum youth and youth living in remote areas will also get adequate opportunities. The special thing about this reinstatement process is that the candidates will not have to pay any form fee or additional fee. Also, arrangements have been made for on-the-spot document verification and preliminary interview so that the selection process becomes transparent and simple.
This work will have to be done first
It has been told by the District Employment Office that any candidate who wants to participate in these job camps will have to compulsorily register on the NCS Portal. The Employment Exchange has also said that priority will be given to such youth who have the desire to work in the security services sector and the ability to follow discipline. This is a big opportunity for the youth who are wandering in search of employment. Special enthusiasm is being seen in rural areas regarding this restoration. Candidates will be able to give the interview on the spot by reaching their block headquarters on the scheduled date with their necessary documents like educational certificate, identity card, passport size photo and PAN card.
