Dry weather is increasing problems for respiratory patients

Chest and respiratory disease specialist Dr. Anurag said that the outbreak of ‘cold cold’ continues in the plains also. This dry cold in the morning and late evening is especially troubling children and the elderly, due to which they are falling ill quickly. Cases of viral infections are increasing due to cold and dry air. Dry weather and cold wave are increasing the problems of respiratory patients. Road dust particles fly into the atmosphere and then reach the lungs through the respiratory tract and cause infection, hence you should go out only by wearing a mask or covering your mouth. He has advised people to take special precautions to protect themselves from cold.

Weather patterns will remain intact

According to the Meteorological Centre, the weather pattern is going to remain like this for the next few days. There is no possibility of rain or snowfall anywhere in the state, due to which dry and cold conditions will prevail. People have been advised to wear warm clothes to avoid the cold of morning and late evening and go out of the house only when necessary. Today i.e. on 24th November, the weather across the state is expected to remain dry. There is a possibility of frost in the hilly areas of the state, while there is a possibility of fog in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar. Talking about the weather of Dehradun, the sky will be mainly clear here. There will be fog in the morning. Today the maximum temperature of the capital is likely to be around 25 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be around 8 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature of Pantnagar was recorded at 24.7 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 8.2 degrees Celsius. Whereas the maximum temperature of Mukteshwar was recorded at 14.9 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 3.2 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of New Tehri was recorded at 16.4 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 4.3 degrees Celsius.
