Consuming carrots during the winter season is beneficial for our eyes because carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which sharpens eyesight and reduces problems like night blindness.
It increases the immunity of our body. Vitamin A, C and antioxidants present in carrots strengthen the immunity of the body. It is helpful in preventing cold and cough.
