In today’s busy life, such problems have become common due to wrong eating habits, lack of sleep and stress. In such a situation, some natural elements mentioned in Ayurveda are considered helpful. One of which is Shilajit.
Shilajit is considered a natural mineral substance in Ayurveda. Which is obtained from the rocks of the mountains, it has been traditionally used to increase strength, energy and stamina of the body. It is very important to know that Shilajit should be consumed in the right way and in limited quantity only.
Consume Shilajit with warm milk
Chandra Bahadur Rawat, a resident of Jumla area of Nepal, who has been associated with this business for years and is selling Shilajit in Saharsa these days, says that Shilajit should always be consumed with hot milk or lukewarm water. According to him, its quantity should be very less. Even in Ayurveda, it is believed that an excessive amount of any powerful natural substance, about the size of a pea, can be harmful. Chandra Bahadur Rawat also explains that Shilajit is mainly used in the winter season. It is considered helpful in keeping the body warm from inside during cold weather. At the same time, it is not usually consumed in summer. At that time the body is already warm.
You will feel energy in the body
According to traditional beliefs, taking Shilajit with warm milk or warm water in winter can reduce the feeling of fatigue and weakness and make the body feel energetic. Some people consider it useful after doing physical exertion for a long time. Apart from this, it is also told in folk experiences that if there is pain in the knees or any part of the body, then there is a tradition of mixing Shilajit in lukewarm oil and applying it externally. It is believed that this provides warmth to that place. Discomfort may reduce, however, if any kind of pain persists for a long time, it is important to consult a doctor.
