With the opening of the bullion market on 22nd December, there has been a huge rise in the price of gold again. In Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow, gold has become costlier by Rs 1260 per 10 grams. The shine of gold has increased in Varanasi and Meerut also today. Apart from gold, today silver has again set a new record in the bullion market. On Monday, a big jump of Rs 5000 per kg was seen in silver. On December 22, the price of 24 carat gold increased by Rs 1100 per 10 grams to Rs 1,35,430 per 10 grams in the bullion market of Varanasi. Its price on December 21 was Rs 1,34,330. If we talk about the price of gold in the capital Lucknow, today the price of 24 carat gold has reached Rs 1,36,370 per 10 grams after an increase of Rs 1260. Today its price in Meerut is Rs 1,36,380 per 10 grams.
How much bounce in 22 carats
On Monday, there was a jump in the price of 18 to 22 carat gold in the bullion market of Varanasi. With the opening of the market today, the price of 22 carat gold increased by Rs 900 to Rs 1,24,050 per 10 grams. Before this, on December 21, its price was Rs 1,23,150. Talking about the price of 18 carat gold, today its price in the market increased by Rs 820 to Rs 1,01,610 per 10 grams.
The bullish phase will continue
On Monday, the price of silver has again increased significantly in the bullion market. With the opening of the bullion market, silver jumped by Rs 5,000 per kg to reach a new record level of Rs 2,19,000 per kg. On December 21, its price was Rs 2,14,000 per kg. In the last 10 days, silver has increased by Rs 21000 per kg. Vijay Tiwari, patron of Varanasi Bullion Association, said that in the month of December, the prices of gold and silver are increasing every day at the speed of a bullet train. Business has also been greatly affected due to the rising prices.
