It is easy to make Amla pickle. First of all, wash the gooseberry, boil it and separate the seeds. Then mix them well with mustard oil, salt, turmeric, fennel and fenugreek. Keep the prepared mixture in the sun for 4–5 days. In a few days, tasty and healthy Amla pickle is ready, which can be eaten throughout the winter.
Amla Murabba is especially liked in winter. For this, boil Amla (Indian Gooseberry), make an incision in it and take out the seeds. Now cook them in sugar syrup on low flame. When the amla becomes transparent, the murabba is ready. Apart from being tasty, it also helps in keeping the body warm.
Amla can be consumed in many forms. It is beneficial to eat Amla Murabba on an empty stomach in the morning. A little Amla pickle with food improves digestion. Apart from this, consumption of Amla powder or juice is also considered beneficial in cold.
