The ‘Korean Dosa’ here is becoming very popular among food lovers. This stall is run by a South Indian man, Babu, where a total of 101 options of South Indian dishes are available.
According to stall owner Babu, he often keeps doing new experiments with food. In this series, he has prepared ‘Korean Dosa’. This dosa is completely different from the traditional dosa both in its taste and texture. Usually dosa is round, but this Korean dosa is ‘waffle’ shaped. It has a lattice base and instead of potato masala, exotic vegetables like purple cabbage, yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper are used.
Seasoning of Korean spices in desi dosa
The taste of this dosa is completely different. The spices used in it give the customers an experience like Korean noodles and other Korean dishes. Instead of traditional ghee, paneer and rich cheese are used in it. The method of making it is also quite complex; Lattice waffles are prepared by spreading dosa batter in thin lines. After cooking, vegetables, paneer and cheese slices are added to it and it is turned carefully.
Price and serving method
The price of this unique ‘Korean Dosa’ is Rs 250. It is served with traditional coconut chutney, tomato chutney and hot sambar. While many types of Mysore Dosa are available in Mumbai, this new lattice and waffle style Korean Dosa has created a niche for itself among the youth and foodies.
