Yamunanagar Latest News: A newly married woman was kidnapped in broad daylight in Yamunanagar, Haryana. The miscreants who came in two cars also carried out a fatal attack on the bride and two children sitting in the car. The injured children have been admitted to the hospital. Two months ago, the girl had run away from home and had a love marriage. The people from the boy’s side have accused the people from the girl’s side of attack and kidnapping.

The miscreants attacked the newly married couple after stopping their car on the National Highway, seriously injured the husband, kidnapped the newlyweds and ran away. The incident has created a stir in the area and police teams are busy searching for the accused.
Film style incident on National Highway
There was chaos near Urjani village on National Highway 907 in Yamunanagar district when miscreants traveling in three cars surrounded the moving car. Some people from Natthanpur village were going to Balauli village in a car. Manish, resident of Balauli village, was present in the car along with his wife Sabana and other family members. Suddenly the miscreants blocked the road by parking cars from front and back and started attacking with sharp weapons. Within moments, the windows of the car were broken and newlywed Sabana was forcefully dragged into another car.
Family members were angry with love marriage
It is being told that Manish and Sabana had a love marriage about two months ago. Sabana’s family was angry with this marriage because she had married a Hindu youth. For this reason, the newly married couple was living in their relatives’ house in Natthanpur village for a long time. On Sunday, due to some program at Manish’s house, he was returning to the village with his wife and relatives. Meanwhile, Sabana’s family got information about her movement and they committed the crime.
Husband and children were also attacked
The miscreants not only carried out a fatal attack on Manish but also fired weapons at the two small children traveling in the car. A woman present in the car said that the attack was very sudden and horrifying. Leaving Manish in a critical condition, the accused kidnapped the newly married woman and ran away. After the incident, a crowd of people gathered on the highway and the injured were immediately taken to the hospital.
Driver’s ordeal, 15 to 20 masked men were involved
The car driver told that the miscreants suddenly parked their vehicles in front of his car, due to which he had to stop the car. As soon as the car stopped, 15 to 20 masked men came out and started attacking with weapons. The accused fled away after committing the entire crime within a few seconds. No one even got a chance to recover.
Police and crime branch engaged in investigation
As soon as the information was received, dial 112 and the local police reached the spot. The injured have been admitted to the hospital. Dial 112 in-charge Arvinder Singh said that in the preliminary investigation, suspicion is being cast on the family members of the newlywed who were angry over the love marriage. Crime branch teams have also been formed and continuous raids are being conducted in search of the accused. Police say that the entire matter will be revealed soon.
