Mawa (Khoya) 500 grams
Sugar 300 grams finely ground
Dark or milk chocolate 500 grams grated

Method of preparation
First of all, take a heavy bottomed pan. Add mawa in it and start frying on low flame. Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom. When the mawa starts giving off a pleasant aroma and its rawness goes away, then add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it.
