Raghavendra Singh alias Pankaj Singh created a ruckus on the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police in Sitamarhi Dumra Collectorate, the police controlled it, questions were raised on the security arrangements, investigation is going on.
There was chaos in the Dumra Collectorate complex of Sitamarhi district when a person suddenly started creating a ruckus. Not only was there noise in a sensitive and administrative center like the Collectorate, but the said person also openly used indecent words against the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police and other police officials. The surprising thing was that the people present at the spot and the policemen remained silent spectators for some time. The common people present in the campus were stunned to see this scene and kept watching the entire incident for some time.
According to eyewitnesses, the person creating ruckus continued shouting and abusing the officers. The situation gradually became tense. The police officers and security personnel present at the spot were initially seen trying to handle the situation, but for some time they also appeared helpless in front of the aggressive behavior of the person. An atmosphere of fear was created among the people present in the Collectorate premises and many people moved away from there and stood away.
There was a scuffle with the police?
Seeing the situation worsening, information was given to the local Dumra police station. As soon as the information was received, Dumra police station reached the spot and tried to pacify the person who was creating ruckus. However, during the explanation he became more aggressive and got into a scuffle with the police. After this, the police, showing strictness, quickly controlled him and took him to the police station. After the police action, the situation in the Collectorate premises became normal.
Police engaged in intensive investigation
According to the police, the person who created the ruckus has been identified as Raghavendra Singh alias Pankaj Singh, son of late Rajkishore Singh, resident of Majhaulia Ward No. 10 of Bathnaha police station area. An investigation was conducted with breath analyzer in Dumra police station, in which alcohol consumption could not be confirmed. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police have contacted Bathnaha police station and started the process of gathering information about his mental condition. This incident, which took place in a premises considered safe like Collectorate, has raised serious questions on the security arrangements. At present the police is engaged in a thorough investigation of the entire matter.
