To make hemp chutney, first put half a cup of hemp seeds in a pan and dry roast it on low flame for about 5 minutes.
You have to roast these hemp seeds till they become light brown in color and keep stirring the seeds continuously so that they do not burn. After doing this, roast the seeds and let them cool.

Now put washed coriander leaves, 2 spoons of chopped green chillies and chopped ginger, garlic cloves on the cob and add salt as per taste and grind it. If you do not have a Silbatta, you can also prepare the chutney in a blender, but the taste of the chutney made on a Silbatta is very authentic.
You can also add about four-five cloves of garlic, one spoon salt, one spoon lemon juice and half a cup of water in the blender and blend all these things well.
Tadka is also applied to the Bhang chutney that is eaten in the mountains of Uttarakhand. To add tadka to this chutney, heat one tablespoon of ghee in a vessel on medium flame, after this fry 2 whole dry red chillies in hot ghee for about 5 seconds.
