To make Chhilka Roti, first prepare the batter by adding salt as per taste and Susum i.e. lukewarm water to the Maduva flour, then pour this batter on the pan and make the roti. Put it in the pan and cook for about a minute, covering the pan with a lid. Along with it, gram bhubhani and special chutney is served for Rs 15 per pair.
