Method of preparing potato stuffing
1. First of all, boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them.
2. Add finely chopped green chillies, ginger and coriander to it.
3. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric and garam masala and mix well.
4. Keep in mind that the stuffing should neither be too wet nor too dry.

1. Take gram flour in a vessel and prepare the solution by adding some water to it.
2. Do not keep the solution too thin or thick.
3. Add turmeric, salt and red chilli to it.

1. Take two slices of bread and fill potato stuffing in between them.
2. Close it like a sandwich.
3. Now dip it in gram flour solution.
