It can be prepared as breakfast anytime in the morning or evening.
How to make Green Pea Paratha
First fry green peas well with onion, garlic, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, red chilli, tomato and green coriander. When it is completely cooked, turn off the gas stove. Then take it off and leave it for 5 minutes to cool. After this, keep it in a deep vessel and mash it well and prepare Chokha like potatoes. In this way your green pea chokha will be ready.
Green peas paratha will be prepared in this way
Now knead the wheat flour well with water. To make the dough soft, add ghee, mangrela and some salt to it. When the dough is ready, take the balls one by one and fill them with chokha prepared from green peas and cook them well on the pan. If you want, you can make it in oil or ghee and enhance its taste by applying butter on top. After kneading the dough, leave it for some time otherwise the parathas will not become soft.
