After adding vegetable stock and salt, spinach is added and it is not cooked for long, so that its color and taste are maintained. Later it is ground and served with cream and chopped almonds on top. 2. Coconut and Moong Dal Soup
This soup is a great combination of health with South Indian flavour. Moong dal is light and coconut milk gives it a different aroma and taste. Vegetables are added by frying ginger, garlic and onion in ghee. Then soaked moong dal and coconut milk are mixed in it and cooked on low flame.
