Xiaomi is going to launch this phone in India soon and even before the launch, its price and features have been leaked online. Xiaomi itself has confirmed that the launch event of Redmi Note 15 will be held on January 6.
Xiaomi Redmi Note series has always been quite popular in India, because it offers good features at a low price. Now Redmi Note 15 5G also seems ready to carry forward this tradition.
Redmi Note 15 5G price leaked in India
According to famous tipster Abhishek Yadav, the starting price of Redmi Note 15 5G in India can be Rs 22,999. This price is being quoted for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. At the same time, the price of the second variant of the phone which will have 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage can be around Rs 24,999.
At present, it is not clear whether Xiaomi will also launch Redmi Note 15 Pro or Note 15 Pro+ models in India or not. The company has not yet given any official information regarding the price, so for now this information should be seen as a leak only.
Confirmed specifications of Redmi Note 15 5G
Xiaomi has made the product page of Redmi Note 15 5G live on its official Indian website, due to which many of its important features have been confirmed.
Display and safety
The phone will have a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display, which will have 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 3,200 nits. Apart from this, the phone has got IP66 rating, due to which it will be protected from dust and water splashes.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor will be provided in the phone. Xiaomi claims that this chipset provides better CPU and GPU performance and is optimized for a smooth experience for long hours. According to the company, the phone will be able to provide smooth performance for 4 years.
Redmi Note 15 5G will support 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage, due to which there will be no problem in multitasking and storage.
For photography, Redmi Note 15 5G will have a 108MP primary rear camera, which will support OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). Along with this, the phone will also support 4K video recording.
Battery and Charging
For power, the phone will be provided with a large 5,520mAh battery, which will support 45W fast charging. Xiaomi says that on a single charge the phone can run comfortably for 1.6 days. Reverse charging feature is present in the global model, but whether it will be available in the Indian variant or not has not been confirmed yet.
