Haryana: Under the ongoing statewide campaign ‘Operation Hotspot Domination’ against crime and criminals, Haryana Police once again registered a decisive advance on 19 December 2025. Intensive raids were conducted simultaneously on 902 identified criminal hotspots across the state. In the day long action, 156 accused were arrested, 60 new FIRs were registered, 44 absconding/violent criminals were arrested and 8 accused were sent behind the bars in Arms Act cases.
Big recovery in Dadri and Nuh: Silver, gold and cash
The biggest achievement of this phase came from Dadri and Nuh districts. In Dadri, police seized 3 kg silver, 22 grams gold, jewelery worth about ₹ 8 lakh, a car and mobile phones from the possession of criminals. ₹1.50 lakh cash and a motorcycle were recovered in Nuh. A total of ₹10,12,400 in cash was seized in various cases across the state, while over ₹90,000 was seized in the anti-gambling crackdown.

Murder accused absconding for a year arrested
On the basis of technical analysis and secret information, police station city Safidon arrested an accused of murder (section 302), who was absconding for a year after getting bail from the court, and sent him to jail. This arrest gives the message that no matter how old the crime is, it is impossible to escape the law.

Taking immediate action on 330 complaints registered on Helpline 1930, the amount of ₹ 62.37 lakh out of the fraud of ₹ 1.62 crore was frozen in time. 30 cyber criminals were arrested, ₹12.80 lakh was returned to victims, and 545 mobile numbers and 52 IMEIs were permanently blocked to prevent future frauds.
