Himachal Weather Today: The weather in Himachal Pradesh remained dry in the last 24 hours. In such a situation, no major change has been seen in the minimum temperature at many stations of the state. Alert regarding weather in the coming days
According to Sandeep Sharma, scientist of Meteorological Center, Shimla, the weather may worsen again in the state in the coming days. In such a situation, an alert is issued regarding dense fog in the morning and late night in some parts of the plains around Bilaspur and Balh area of Mandi. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain/snowfall at some places in the hilly areas on 20th and 21st December. The weather is likely to remain dry during the remaining days of the week. There is a possibility of light rain/snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly areas of Chamba and Lahaul Spiti. There will be no major change in the minimum temperature in lower hilly/plain and mid hilly areas during the next 48 hours, however, after the next 24 hours the temperature will drop by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in the higher hilly areas. After this, the minimum temperature across the state is likely to gradually fall by 3 to 6 degrees Celsius in the next 2 to 3 days. Whereas the maximum temperature is likely to increase by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in the next 48 hours and the maximum temperature is likely to gradually fall by 3 to 7 degrees Celsius across the state in 3 to 4 days.
