MARC Technocrats Limited is bringing its much awaited SME IPO with an issue size of ₹42.59 crore. This is a Book Build Issue, which includes Fresh Issue of ₹34.13 crore and Offer For Sale of ₹8.46 crore.
The IPO will open from 17 to 19 December 2025. Allotment is possible on 22 December and listing on NSE SME is on 24 December 2025. Price band has been fixed at ₹88–₹93 per share.
