Potato is often considered to increase weight, but the truth is completely different from this. According to nutritionists, potatoes have been unnecessarily maligned. Fiber is found in good quantity in potatoes, especially if its peel is kept with it. Apart from this, it is a good source of potassium, vitamin C and vitamin B6. Potato is naturally fat-free and gluten-free, and it also helps in keeping the stomach full for a long time. This saturation factor proves helpful in fat loss. The only difference is how the potato is being cooked and in what quantity it is being eaten.
To make this high protein potato salad, first of all 15 baby potatoes are taken. After boiling, they are lightly smashed and then cooked in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius until they become crispy. In this method, potatoes become crunchy from outside and soft from inside without deep frying. Due to this, the amount of fat remains under control and the taste also remains intact.
The life of this salad is its creamy and healthy sauce. For this, hung curd or thick curd is taken, in which soaked Kashmiri red chilli, soaked cashew nuts, about 150 grams of cheese, salt and black pepper are added. Smooth sauce is prepared by blending all these things. Its consistency is adjusted by adding some water as per requirement. Due to curd and cheese, this sauce becomes rich in protein and cashew nuts give it a natural creamy texture.
