The ingredients required for this are desi ghee, almonds half cup (chopped), cashews (chopped), walnuts ¼ cup, dried figs ¼ cup, pistachios two teaspoons (chopped), melon seeds ¼ cup, sunflower seeds ¼ cup, pumpkin seeds ¼ cup, poppy seeds one teaspoon, desiccated coconut powder ¼ cup, deseeded dates two cups, cardamom powder.

First of all, put some desi ghee in a pan. Add half cup chopped almonds in it and fry lightly for a minute. Now add chopped cashews and fry until light golden. After this add walnuts and figs and mix well. Then add pistachios, melon seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and fry on low flame so that the aroma of all the seeds comes out well.
Now add poppy seeds to it and mix well. After this add desiccated coconut powder and turn off the gas. On the other hand, grind the deseeded dates as finely as possible in a mixer. In a separate pan, add some ghee and soften the date paste a little on low flame. Add roasted dry fruits and seeds to it and mix well. Finally add cardamom powder, let the mixture cool and make round laddus with hands.
