Attention Cold wave alert in Jharkhand, severe cold will fall in 6 districts today

Ranchi: Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi has witnessed the most severe cold in the last 24 hours. The minimum temperature here has reached 6 degrees. The mood of the day here was such that people of every street and locality appeared completely calm. People did not even dare to go out after 5:00 in the evening. Same is the condition of districts like Gumla and Khunti. Ranchi Meteorological Department has issued an alert of severe cold today.

Today there will be severe cold in 5 districts

Meteorologist Abhishek Anand of Ranchi Meteorological Center said that once again the impact of Western Disturbance is being seen. Due to which the minimum temperature can drop by up to 5 degrees simultaneously. The minimum temperature will be 4-5 degrees in about 4-5 districts today and almost every district is likely to remain in single digits.

Cold wave alert in 6 districts of Jharkhand

Ranchi Meteorological Department has issued a cold wave alert today in some cities and districts like Palamu, Garhwa, Gumla, Khunti, Ranchi, Simdega, Latehar. The minimum temperature here can remain between 5 to 6 degrees. There will be quite a bit of icy wind in the morning. Because of which, especially those who go out for a morning walk, they should be very careful. Such people should come out of the house only after the sun rises.

Icy winds will blow throughout the day

At the same time, there will be quite a lot of strong sunlight this afternoon. The sky will appear absolutely blue and clear. If we talk about the maximum temperature, it is expected to be between 25 to 27 degrees. This means that people will get some relief in the afternoon, but icy winds will continue to blow during this time. Therefore people need to be careful in the sun.
