Under the new decision, the responsibility of the road construction department has now been handed over to Minister Dilip Jaiswal. The charge of Urban Development and Housing Department has been given to Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha.
Patna. After the resignation of Bihar government minister Nitin Naveen, the departments held by him have been divided. On the instructions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, new responsibilities of the departments have been fixed, so that the administrative work is not affected in any way. Under the new departmental division, the responsibility of Road Construction Department has now been handed over to former Bihar BJP President and Industries Minister Dilip Jaiswal. Before this, Nitin Nabin was handling the responsibility of road construction department.
At the same time, the responsibility of Urban Development and Housing Department has been given to Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha. Urban Development Department is an important department related to development of urban areas, cleanliness, drinking water, housing and basic facilities. After Vijay Sinha gets this responsibility, it is expected that the government’s priority on schemes related to urban development will intensify. Whereas the road construction department is considered an important department related to the infrastructure of the state, in such a situation, Dilip Jaiswal will have a big challenge to complete the road projects on time.
It is noteworthy that after becoming the working national president of BJP, Nitin Nabin had resigned today itself. Since his resignation, there was intense discussion as to who would be handed over his departments. Now after the division of departments, the government has given a clear indication that maintaining administrative stability is its priority. In the coming days, everyone’s eyes will be on the decisions and schemes related to these departments.
