To make green pea masala, first heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry the onion until it becomes light golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste to it and cook till aroma comes out. After this, add tomato puree and fry the spices well.
Keep in mind that when the masala starts releasing oil, then add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli and salt to it. Now add fresh green peas and fry them with spices. Add some water to it, cover it and let it cook on medium flame. This will make it wonderful.
When the green peas become soft, add garam masala at the end and turn off the gas and cover. Garnish by adding finely chopped green coriander on top. Now both aroma and taste make this dish special. So special that after eating it once, you will want to eat it again and again.
