Ingredients for Sweet Potato Halwa:-
– Take 4 sweet potatoes.
– Take 1 bowl of jaggery.
– Take 4 spoons of ghee.
– Take 4-5 cardamom powder.
– Take 1 pinch of saffron.
– Take 10-12 cashews and other dry fruits.
– Take 1 glass of milk.
Method of making sweet potato pudding-
1. To make sweet potato pudding, first boil the sweet potatoes.
2. Once they cool down a bit, peel them and mash them.
3. Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts and saffron.
4. When it is hot, add mashed sweet potatoes.
5. Take some hot water in another pan and add cardamom powder and a bowl of jaggery to it and make syrup.
6. When the color of sweet potato starts changing, add a cup of cream or milk in it.
7. Now, add jaggery syrup and mix well.
8. After cooking, halwa is ready.
9. Now add dry fruits to it. It can now be served.
