First of all, put desi ghee in a heavy bottomed kadhai or pan and heat it on low flame, now add jaggery in it and stir continuously and let it melt completely. When the jaggery melts and starts foaming, then understand that the jaggery is in good condition. During this time, keep the flame low so that the jaggery does not burn and its taste does not get spoiled.
Now grind the millet roti coarsely with hands or in a mixer and put it in the pan, cook it with jaggery and ghee while stirring continuously. Within some time, the mixture will start becoming like churma and the ghee will start separating. Now add dry fruits and cardamom powder to it, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool slightly. When the mixture remains lukewarm, apply some ghee on the palms and tie it into laddus.
