The SIR process is going on at a fast pace in UP. This process has been completed in many districts, but some people there have not yet included their names in the list. There are many people in Bahraich also who have not been included in the list. Now an announcement is being made for such people.
Bahraich: The administration is on alert mode regarding the SIR process in the district. Those who have missed filling the form or those who have not filled their form due to some reason, can now submit their form till 26th December. Apart from this, this information is also being given by Bahraich administration by sending door to door employees. Apart from this, the name is also being announced from the vehicle.
There is another chance for those left out in the SIR process. Such people can now submit their forms till 26th December. Those who were out of the district due to some reason or there was delay in filling the form, now such people can see the names of their ancestors in the list of 2003 and submit their form till 26th December. Apart from this, at the local level, the administration is also announcing the names of the missing people along with their father’s name, so that this information can reach the missing people and they can fill their forms.
Names of Nepal’s daughters will not be found in the list of 2003.
A part of Bahraich district is connected to the neighboring country Nepal, where all the sisters and daughters have got married in Bahraich. In Nepal, it is not possible to find the names of ancestors of such sisters and daughters in the list of 2003. In such a situation, she can submit her form by filling option three and later after receiving the notice, she can submit her form by attaching the documents from where she got married.
Municipal vehicles running in SIR process
SDM Sadar Pooja Chaudhary has said that every tireless effort is being made to complete the SIR process 100% with caution, in which cooperation is also being taken from the Municipality Department. Many vehicles are being run by the Municipality Department in different wards, where these vehicles are announcing the names of those who are left behind, which includes e-rickshaws and many vehicles of the Municipality.
Apart from this, the employees are also going door-to-door appealing to the people to fill the form and also collecting information about who has filled the form and who has not. There are 12 to 15 percent people in Bahraich who are untraceable, efforts are being made to trace them also.
