In the year 2017, she completed her graduation from National Institute of Fashion Design. After studies, he worked as an under assistant designer for a renowned designer in Jaipur and then Kolkata.
Big city, good experience and secure job, everything was there, but in some corner of the heart a question kept rising – ‘The skills that I am using for others, can’t I use them for myself and my city’.
Mother’s experience, Tiny’s fashion sense
After about ten months of work, Tiny took a big decision and left the job. This decision was not easy, but the confidence was strong. She chose the path of starting a boutique business because it was not just a business, but a dream related to her childhood and family. His mother already did small work from home. Tiny combined that experience with his studies and understanding of modern design.
Providing employment to others also
Tiny started his startup in Deoghar with the idea that it would not be just for profit but to generate employment. She trained those women who had skills but did not have the right direction. By providing training in sewing, designing and finishing, she made many women self-reliant.
Today Tiny’s boutique has spread from Deoghar to many parts of the country. People order over phone, home delivery is done and their products are also sold through online websites. At present, 20 to 25 people are getting direct employment from his startup.

Tiny’s dream does not end here. She wants to take her brand to the international level. His success proves that if the thinking is big and the hard work is true, then a big example can be set even in a small town. At present, orders for their clothes come from every corner of the country. Apart from India, orders are also being received from countries like USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Dubai.
