Remove excess water from the minced chicken with the help of a strainer. Put this minced chicken in a big bowl and add lemon juice, chopped onion, grated ginger and garlic, green chillies, meat masala, coriander, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for some time.
First of all, heat some oil in a pan and add onion, ginger-garlic and fry till it becomes light golden. Now add chicken mince to it and cook on medium flame until the mince is completely melted and the water dries up.
Now turn off the gas and add boiled potatoes, green chillies, green coriander, all the spices and lemon juice. Mash this mixture well so that the cutlets can take shape easily. Now apply some oil on your hands and give the cutlets a round or flat shape and wrap them in bread crumbs.
