Eucalyptus wood is used as fuel, boxes, hard boards, pulp, furniture and particle board. Farmers can earn good profits by planting it on ridges on their vacant land or at the edge of their fields.
To plant Eucalyptus sapling, first of all preparation has to be done. To plant it in the field, dig a pit one meter wide, one meter long and one meter deep and take out the soil. After this, mix one-third soil, one-third rotten manure and equal amount of sand and fill the pit with fungicide. While filling soil in the pit, 1 kg NPK fertilizer can be used. The distance between pit and pit should be 2 meters.
