Pet Fed Delhi 2025 held in Delhi once again became a memorable event for pets and their lovers. Held on 13th and 14th December at NSIC Exhibition Grounds, Okhla, this pet festival witnessed many interesting activities like special play zone for dogs and cats, cat zone, agility ring, fashion show, live contest and master classes.
A large number of pet lovers arrived with their furry friends in this festival which ran from 11 am to 9 pm. Apart from dogs and cats, this time some unique pets were also seen which attracted people’s attention.
A girl arrived at this pet festival with her very strange and unique stomach, seeing which the people present there were stunned. Usually, where people bring dogs, cats or rabbits, this girl was carrying an iguana in her lap. As soon as people noticed this unique pet, they stopped to look at it and get photographed. Holding the iguana very peacefully in her lap, this girl was seen roaming around the festival with full confidence, which clearly showed that she is completely comfortable with her exotic pet.

Iguana is a type of large lizard, which is mainly found in Central and South America. The most popular is the green iguana, which people keep as an exotic pet. Its long tail, strong body and sharp comb-like structure extending from head to back make it different from other reptiles. Iguana may look a little scary in appearance, but by nature it is very peaceful and vegetarian. It likes to eat leafy vegetables, fruits and green leaves.
It is not easy to make a yellow iguana a pet and it requires special care. It needs a warm and humid environment, because it is cold blooded. If the right temperature, UV light and balanced diet are not provided, its health can be affected. This is the reason why iguana does not come in the category of common pets and is considered an exotic pet.
Pets are welcomed absolutely free at this event, which means there is no entry charge for your pets. Both dogs and cats can be brought here, and a separate special zone has also been created for cats, where there are many types of activities for them. However, humans are required to purchase a ticket to enter the event.
