Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released the official notification for recruitment to Junior Engineer (JE) posts. The online application process for BTSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 has started from 12 December 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply till 12 January 2026. Apart from this, the system of reservation will be applicable for General, OBC, SC and ST categories as per the rules of the state government.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit

It is mandatory for the candidates applying to have an engineering degree in a related subject from a recognized institute. Also, candidates holding diploma in related trade are also eligible to apply. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age has been fixed at 18 years and the maximum age has been fixed at 37 years. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
