Shimla. A rally was organized in Mandi on the occasion of three years of Congress government in Himachal Pradesh. There was a lot of discussion about the speech of Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri in this rally.
When he showed his presence from the stage, the expression on CM Sukhu’s face also changed. Now, while talking to the media in Shimla, CM Sukhu did not respond to the questions asked in this regard and moved ahead. On the other hand, the speech was given by Cabinet Minister Prof. Chandra Kumar defends Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri
Chandra Kumar said that Mukesh Agnihotri would have personal opinion against any officer and there is no factionalism in the government. Nor is there any difference of opinion regarding our plans and policies. The opposition was claiming that this rally would be just a show or ‘fun’, but the reality is that the huge presence of people made it successful and people themselves came to the rally from far and wide. BJP leaders have made big claims in Dharamshala before, but the public has decided after seeing whose program is effective.
Agriculture Minister Prof. on the drought situation in the state. Chandra Kumar said that the situation remains challenging, due to which both horticulture and traditional farming have been affected. More than 70% of the agriculture in the state is still rain-fed, hence the government has full emphasis on strengthening irrigation facilities. Now a concrete plan is being prepared keeping in mind the advice of scientists, weather forecast and the current situation of climate change.
CM Sukhu countered the allegations of Leader of Opposition on Jan Sankalp Sammelan
CM Sukhu said in Shimla on Friday that Jai Ram Thakur does not feel like responding to his words and the Leader of Opposition’s words do not contain facts, they lie. Jai Ram Thakur should go to PM Modi for the Rs 1500 crore that PM has announced and cooperate in getting Rs 2000 crore for PDNA, this will benefit his constituency the most, is he the enemy of his constituency? CM said that they are compensating the loss caused by the disaster from their own revenue, if help from the Center comes then the work of providing relief will be done quickly. On asking questions on Mukesh’s speech, the CM thanked him and moved ahead.
Mukesh had shown anger in the Mandi rally
In the Mandi rally, the Deputy CM, looking at the CM from the stage, had said that such work will not be done and will have to be carried with a stick. It has been three years and now two years are left and in such a situation, give whatever post you want. Mukesh also targeted the bureaucracy in the rally and said that some officers were making rounds of BJP leaders and they would be eliminated in the dark of night.
