Tips And Tricks In Hindi: Ripe bananas available in the market are often cooked with artificial chemicals. Bananas containing these chemicals can be harmful for health. Therefore, many people wonder how to cook raw bananas at home in a natural and completely safe way. Today, we are going to learn a very easy, safe and natural method which does not require any chemicals.
The first step to growing bananas at home is to get the right kind of ripe bananas. For this, buy a dozen ripe bananas from the market. The most important thing is that these bananas should not be open, but should be in bunches, i.e. with the stalk. Thick and full bananas ripen quickly and well naturally.
Wrap raw bananas tightly in 2-3 layers of old newspaper. If newspaper is not available, you can wrap them in any thick paper. However, 3-4 layers are necessary. Due to this, the ethylene gas produced in the bananas gets trapped and helps the bananas ripen automatically.

After wrapping the bananas in newspaper, seal them tightly. Then, place the wrapped bananas in a large plastic bag and tie it tightly to prevent air from getting inside. This step is very important because it helps the bananas cook faster and more evenly due to the internal heat.
Place this polythene bag in the microwave or oven. But don’t turn it on. Use a closed microwave. If neither of the two are available, you can keep the bag in a larger steel or plastic container. Just keep the temperature at moderately warm.
After this, leave the bananas for 3 to 4 days. Usually, within 4 days, the bananas will turn beautiful yellow and become quite soft. If they are not fully ripe by the fourth day, you can leave them for another day. Due to the natural texture, their taste remains sweet and mild.
