Kanpur Latest News: Giving great relief to the city residents, the Municipal Corporation has made a historic reduction in the property mutation fee. Earlier, about 1% of the value of the property had to be charged, which sometimes reached thousands to lakhs of rupees. Now the corporation has implemented a new rule, under which transfer of any type of property will be done for only ₹ 5000.
