Palak Vada Sabzi Recipe: You must have eaten many types of vegetables at home. In such a situation, today we will tell you about the cold recipe of Palak Vada, in which spinach, gram flour, spices, urad dal, chana dal, cashew nuts and cream are used. This dish tastes very tasty.

Although you might have eaten many types of vegetables, but today we are going to tell you about Palak Vada vegetable. Because it is cold season, you will be seeing a lot of spinach in the market. In such a situation, if you prepare not only spinach but also vegetables in this manner, people will be left licking their fingers. To make Palak Vada dish, first of all take half kg spinach and boil it in hot water. After this, when it cools down, grind it well in the mixer. Grind it very fine.

After this, add two cups of water in it and along with adding two cups of water, also add two spoons of gram flour. A little red chili powder, a little coriander powder, a little mixed masala, salt as per taste. Add all this, mix it well and put this paste in the gas once again.

While adding this paste, keep mixing it well, it should not burn. When the paste becomes completely thick and the color of spinach becomes slightly brown, then take it down. Take it down and put it in an aluminum container and leave it to cool for at least half an hour.

As soon as it gets cold. You will see that it has set like a cake. Cut it into small slices with the help of a knife. After this, put a pan in the gas. In this, add some urad dal, some gram dal, cumin seeds, curry leaves and the cube you have prepared.

Add all this and fry for 15 minutes. Don’t overdo it, otherwise it will break. After this keep it aside. Now you have to prepare the gravy, to prepare the gravy, take two tablespoons of oil in a pan. While adding cumin seeds, add chopped onion. When the onion becomes completely golden fried.

Add red chilli and coriander powder, mix masala, salt as per taste and chopped tomato and you can also add a handful of cashew nuts. When it is fried, after it cools down, grind it all and prepare a paste. When the paste is ready, turn on the gas again and cook the paste.

When the paste is cooked, add half a bowl of cream to it. It is even better if it is fresh homemade cream and when this cream is also cooked. After this, the spinach cubes which are kept after frying. Now pick it up and pour it with each hand and do not mix it. Just put it and leave it. Your delicious Palak Vada dish is ready.
