Businessman Deepak Tandon and wife Barkha claimed that the DSP defrauded them of more than Rs 2 crore in an alleged love affair of four years that lasted from 2021. The evidence includes chats, photos and videos, which have gone viral on social media. The matter is now under investigation.
Deepak Tandon says that he fell in love with DSP after meeting in 2021. There were constant demands for money during the relationship. The atmosphere hotel on VIP Road was registered in the name of DSP’s brother, but by paying Rs 30 lakhs, DSP got it registered in his name. A Toyota Hyrider car worth Rs 22 lakh was also seized in the name of Barkha.
Wife Barkha alleged that her husband used to talk to the DSP on video call till 3 o’clock in the night. When she refused, the DSP took the check of Rs 45 lakh under pressure and withdrew it, then filed a case against Barkha in the police station.
