Add gram flour, salt, red chilli, turmeric, celery, coriander seeds, fennel, cumin and Kasuri methi to it. Add some desi ghee and knead a soft and smooth dough. This dough should neither be too hard nor too loose, so that it can be shaped easily. Now roll this dough like a thin sheet and cut small pasta shapes with a knife.
