Sultanpur: There is an uproar in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh over the absence of SP MP Rambhual Nishad. Local youth claim that their MP has not been visible in the area for a long time. Based on this complaint, the youth started searching for the MP by putting up posters and banners on every street. Under this campaign, many youth were seen asking for information about them from shopkeepers and passers-by in the Collectorate premises and surrounding areas. Let us tell you that this campaign has been started by Saurabh Mishra.
Saurabh Mishra told Local 18 that after winning the elections, SP MP Rambhual was not seen in Nishad area, while the people of the city are troubled by jams, bad roads and other problems. People want to convey their problems to the MP, but due to his absence this is not possible. Many people said that they did not even see a glimpse of the MP after the Lok Sabha elections.
MP Rambhual Nishad is missing from the area
Arun Dwivedi, who was involved in the campaign, said that this is not a personal protest against any public representative, but an issue of public expectations. The first duty of the elected representative is to be present in the area and listen to and solve the problems of the people. But in the present situation the MP’s stay in the district has become very short.
What is the demand of the people?
Sultanpur resident Brijendra Mishra said that MP Ramkumar Nishad has not been seen in the area for several months. The public elected him by voting, but he is now out of reach of the public. There is no one to take care of the problem of traffic jam, bad roads and other local issues. For this reason the youth have started this campaign. Our demand is that if the MPs are seen anywhere, they should be brought to Sultanpur and made aware of the problems of the public.
