Talking about the method, first of all boil green peas in a cooker or use fresh green peas. Cut the cheese into a good shape. Add mustard oil in a pan and fry the paneer well. Now take out the cheese and keep it aside. Add finely chopped onion in oil and fry it. Use a little salt with the onion so that the onion gets cooked quickly.

Prepare paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli. When the onion is fried till 25%, add the spice mixture to it. Fry the spices well. Add green peas and fry well. Add water as required and let it boil. Add fried paneer to it and let it boil again. Once the gravy is done as per your liking, remove it from the gas stove and serve it hot.
Some tips and tricks
You can adopt these tips to make this vegetable even more special. Like adding two tablespoons of homemade cream after the vegetables are cooked or adding cream from outside. This adds richness to the vegetable, although it is on your choice. Along with this, if you grind a little cheese while grinding the masala, the gravy will become very thick. You can also add crumbled paneer. Apart from this, a little curd can also be added while cooking the spices. This brings both sourness and richness.
