Sonmer Temple, situated at a height of 51 feet, is 10 kilometers away from the district headquarters Khunti. To reach here from the capital Ranchi, one has to cover a distance of 45 kilometers via Lodhama Bhaya Karra, 32 kilometers from Bedo and 60 kilometers from Sisai. This temple is located at a distance of about 50 kilometers from Ranchi Railway Station. A completely paved road has been built to reach here.
