But there is an easy indigenous solution to this problem, which will make bitter gourd bhujia tasty and healthy.
While making bitter gourd bhujiya, if you add some juice of lemon in it, then its bitterness almost disappears and the taste increases so much that people will lick their fingers and eat it and even children will ask for it.
Recipe to make delicious bitter gourd bhujiya
This recipe is being given especially keeping in mind those people who have sugar problems:
Required Materials:
- 2-3$ fresh bitter gourd
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
- Salt (as per taste)
- turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder (optional)
- A little juice of Kaggi lemon (the secret to remove bitterness)
Method of preparation:
First of all, wash fresh green bitter gourd thoroughly. After washing, cut them thinly. Take a pan and add mustard oil in it and heat it. When the oil is hot, add green chillies and finely chopped onion and fry for some time. Now add salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder (if using) to it and fry for some time. Finally add chopped bitter gourd into it and fry well. When the bitter gourd is fried well and cooked, add lemon juice to it just before taking it off the gas stove. After adding lemon, serve it hot immediately.
