Delhi Crime News: In a major action, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police has busted a factory manufacturing fake oil filters of big brands like BOSCH, TATA and JCB in Anand Parvat Industrial Area. Delhi Police has recovered a total of 1917 fake oil filters, 9 dyes, printing machines, stickers and holograms from the spot.

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has busted a big racket of fake auto parts of Tata, Bosch, JCB companies. This racket was going on in Anant Parvat area of Delhi. Delhi Police is also surprised to know about the actions of this gang. The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has recovered about 2000 fake oil filters of BOSCH, TATA and JCB brands from Anand Parvat Industrial Area. Delhi Police has arrested the factory owner Manmeet Singh on the spot. But this arrest is an alarm bell for those who buy and use Tata, Bose and JCB oil filters in their vehicles.
The Crime Branch of Delhi Police had received a secret information that counterfeit goods of big brands were being produced in Anand Parvat Industrial Area of New Delhi. The Crime Branch of Delhi Police reached the factory along with authorized representatives of Tata Motors, Bosch Limited and JCB India. On the spot, Delhi Police recovered 1917 pieces of fake oil filters.

Big revelation about fake auto parts
Delhi Police has recovered 5 dies of TATA brand and 4 dies of JCB brand, as well as 1 die printing machine. During interrogation, arrested Manmeet Singh revealed that he had been making fake auto parts of various companies for the last one year. He used to order cheap raw materials and after manufacturing fake parts, he used to send them back to the suppliers. Besides, he also used to sell as per the demand in the market.
Fake oil filters of these brands recovered
Delhi Police has registered a case in this regard under sections of the Copyright Act and the Trademark Act. Apart from this, cases related to fraud and forgery have also been added to the sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). This is not just a matter of causing financial loss to the brands, but it is also a serious threat to the safety of consumers and their vehicles. Fake oil filters can be harmful to the engine, causing major damage.
Factory owner Manmeet Singh has studied till 12th and earlier he used to work in making local auto parts. The police are now investigating other sellers and suppliers involved in this syndicate, who helped Manmeet Singh in manufacturing fake products.
