Make Chocolate Mug Cake in 2 minutes
Material-
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup butter (melted)
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon fruit salt (Eno)
• ½ cup jaggery powder
You can easily find all these things in your kitchen. If desired, brown sugar or normal sugar can also be used instead of jaggery.
Method to make Chocolate Mug Cake-
1. First of all, take a clean and dry bowl and pour milk into it. Now add melted butter to it and mix well. After this add flour and cocoa powder. Now beat this mixture with the help of a whisk or fork until the batter becomes completely smooth and no lumps remain in it.
2.After this add jaggery powder to it and mix well again. At the end add fruit salt and mix gently. Keep in mind that after adding fruit salt, do not keep the batter for too long.
3.Now take a microwave-safe mug or cup and pour half a cup of batter into it. Do not overfill the mug as the cake may swell and rise. Lightly preheat the microwave oven and place the mug inside and cook the cake for about 2 to 2.5 minutes.
4. As soon as the cake is ready, sprinkle chocolate sauce, chocolate chips or a little powdered sugar on top. Serve the hot cake immediately.
