Placements, free artificial limbs, e-rickshaws and affordable products are available for the youth here. There is a lot of enthusiasm visible among companies and youth.

Speaking to Local18, Association Chairman Vedpal Dalal said that this time around 250 companies have reached here, including big companies from Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Delhi-NCR. He said that this is the fifth event and on the demand of the people it has been extended by one more day. Earlier it was kept for three days, this time it has been kept for four days so that companies and people can get more time. Everyone is happy and getting more opportunities…he said.
Pramod Rana, President of IMT Industries Association Faridabad, said that about 300 installations have been installed here. He said that to provide employment to the youth, a placement cell stall has also been set up where interviews and appointments are being conducted continuously. Along with this, artificial limbs and battery operated e-rickshaws are also being distributed to the disabled people absolutely free of cost. Anyone whose hand or leg is amputated is being fitted with a free artificial limb here. We provide this service every year and this time we are breaking our own old record… Rana said.
Devendra Goyal, associated with the event, says that this event is very useful for both companies and youth. He told that the companies here are providing their products at very low prices and are also doing good business. Senior Vice President Kajindra Sekhon said that this time people’s interest is more than before. All the products here are made in India. This shows the strength of our industries…he said.
Tej Chaudhary associated with IMT Faridabad said that the industrial area here has become a big center of new opportunities. He said that such job fairs are organized from time to time so that the youth can get employment. On the matter of not giving jobs to local people, he said that this is just an illusion. We provide employment to people from everywhere in Haryana, UP, Bihar. If someone does good work, he definitely gets a job. No one will give work to a bully, whether local or outside. Our endeavor is to provide maximum opportunities to the local youth.
He said that overall this event is proving to be a better platform for both industry and employment. The companies that have reached here also seem satisfied and the youth are also roaming from stall to stall looking for opportunities with expectations.
