2. Click on Citizen Centric Services on the homepage.
3. Then select ‘Know Your Mobile (KYM)/IMEI Verification’.
4. Enter captcha and your mobile number and receive OTP.
5. Submit OTP.
6. Enter the 15-digit IMEI number of your smartphone and click on Submit.
7. After this, device details like device status, brand, model, manufacturer and device type will be visible.
