Correct way to do Adho Mukha Svanasana –
-Come down on your hands and knees on the yoga mat.
-Keep palms below the shoulders and knees below the hips.
-Press the ground firmly with your palms with your fingers spread.
-Taking a deep breath, slowly raise the hips up.
-Bring the body into an inverted “V” shape.
-Try to keep the legs straight, if necessary you can bend them slightly.
-Try to slowly press the heels towards the ground.

-Slowly return back to the starting position.
